CONSIGNEE
This Code of Conduct defines the basic requirements placed on TMT JUNCTION Consignee concerning their responsibilities towards their stakeholders and the environment. TMT JUNCTION reserves the right to reasonably change the requirements of this Code of Conduct due to change of the TMT JUNCTION Compliance Program. In such event TMT JUNCTION expects the consignee to accept such reasonable changes
The supplier declares herewith:

To comply with the laws of the applicable legal systems

To make transfer of deposit advance within stipulated time
-
To make availability of transportation lorry as per Lifting Schedule

To provide proper DIS and Document for loading of vehicle
-
To make payment for material before delivery / dispatch of vehicle

To inform quality deviation or variation (if any)within 24 hours of receipt of material

To accept and abide by all Terms & Conditions informed by TMT JUNCTION
SUPPLIERS

To update sale rate on real-time basis

To stay committed for the Rate Offered for stipulated time from acceptance of offer

To make availability of material as per Lifting Schedule

To verify the DIS and Document carefully before loading of vehicle

To make Dispatch/Delivery of Goods after confirmation and Payment from TMT JUNCTION only

To supply proper quality of material and amicable settle the quality deviation or variation (if any)

To accept Third Party Inspection for settlement of dispute (wherever required)

To accept and abide by all Terms & Conditions informed by TMT JUNCTION
